10 out of 10 for this hotel for the price. Best prime location near Pavillion, Chinatown, Jln Alor and LRT. The room is tidy and super clean hot water also functions the best. Cherry on top is this hotel's warm service and very easy to find just search on google map and its very near to guardian hard to miss. Definitely would come again to this hotel

bedroom is clean balcony is nice service is okay everything is good only when we want to go to the hotel, we have to use stairs to G floor, then use lift. 👌👌👌

Big room for 6 people, we got a big window, tv is working, friendly receptionist, strategic location (even you you will difficult found this hotel infront of hotel taichi at 2nd floor, the first floor is royal palm hotel) but overall good!

A nice and strategic place, the service is good, and the room is really comfort. but it was kind of hard to find the hotel. because the hotel sign was small and hard to be seen since it's placed on the upper side, and the entrance to the hotel is small.

So far ok, the location strategic, near mall and night market, the staff also friendly, but need double check with this hotel before coming.
